To help us maintain that atmosphere, PLEASE turn off all cell phone notifications and sounds and remember to use a soft voice to respect other clients who are in session.
We kindly ask all clients to arrive 5 minutes before appointment start time to ensure that the session can begin at the time it is scheduled.
We believe in respecting the time of each of our clients.
The massage session begins and ends at the scheduled time. Sessions that begin late due to the client arriving late will end at the scheduled time and remain at the full price.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment, please provide 24-hours advance notice.
We understand that sometimes life happens! If you can’t make it on time, please let us know as soon as you can so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
Following 2 late cancellations, 100% of the service value will be due.
Clients who do not show without cancelling are still responsible for payment.
If you are paying with a gift certificate, it will become forfeit.
It is our intention to provide therapeutic services to our clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Suggestive comments or sexual innuendos will result in the immediate termination of the massage session and the full fee will be expected.
